Registration > Conference fees

The registration fees are as follow:

Lunch meals, coffee breaks and poster party meal are included in the conference fee, but not the banquet.

The bed & breakfast option consists in a single room on-site (at Valpré). As the number of rooms is limited, this option will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Rooms will be booked from Sunday, September 1 to Wednesday, September 4, 2024.

The accompanying person option is available for on-site participants, with the bed & breakfast option. It is limited to one additional person per registered participant.
The room and bed will be shared with the registered participant. The accompanying person won't be attending the scientific presentations.

Banquet tickets must be booked for any person wishing to attend the banquet, participants or accompanying persons.
